Throttled me for dling my whole steam library in like 2 nights, they claim i haven't been throttled but its just strange how i went from 20mb to 5-6mb :P the 2nd i dl 120 games!

Not bad, it's a peak time test only £23 per month. I'm waiting for a 2 times speed upgrade in the coming months once the Virgin Media network upgrades come to my area.
