You have to check local laws.

Due to the streaming porn sites more and more are making it illegal.The issue and concern I have is what if you and your partner agree to share it later things go south and she says she did not.So it is best imo to make sure before the video is recorded that both parties agree to it and maybe even get it in writing.

And yeah in some areas there is not much you can do about it other then deal with it or take them to non criminal court and sue them.Most states are covered.I can not speak for other areas since I am in the U.S.The penalty also varies some states its a Misdemeanor seems some are and some are felony.I think all should be a felony due to how damaging it can be that is if can be proved it was used in actual revenge.

There are laws against it in the US. Consent is require to publish video of someone, even online. You can generally get money because of it, but the video will never be gone, so don't expect that. it's the internet, nothing truly disappears.

That's a hard question actually.
I don't think anyone has given this reply yet... But I only skimmed so I could be wrong.
From what I've read you're pretty much doomed unless you copy write the videos or pictures.
Businesses respond a lot quicker to threatened legal action that they understand as opposed to things which rely on morals :P
