Hmm. I guess we need more confirmations from Asia and RU/CIS now. Would be nice to create threads each time there is a bundle from big publisher, adding a poll whether people from certain region experienced or not experienced getting locked games (when you activate a locked key, it might should a tag, like Resident Evil 5 RU/CIS xxxxxx or something).
