I live in Brazil, a lot of people need help here so when it comes to helping with money I prefer to do it directly here, so in that case it's not worth it for me ... If I were rich, it would certainly be worth it.

25 Dec: all games are revealed and there will be no additions from now on, but you still have around 7 days to buy the bundle.

Thank you for your always kind comments. Happy holidays to you and your loved ones!

I would, if I'd bought it and wasn't banned from their subreddit. But I'm ok, there's enough angry customers apart from me that can vent their frustration at shittier-every-year event. Yeah, I'm still salty since 2016... got nothing better to do... fml

and it's the same every single year with yogcast.
people get overhyped, comment 500 times per day, trade, farm cv, then when all games are revealed they cry it's a scam and it wasn't enough.
but like i said, the same happens every year, and it's gonna happen again in 2019.
even a dog learns faster to avoid trash like this bundle. <3

I haven't heard of most of these games, but it's the holiday season and the point is to donate to charity. $35 is a small price to pay for that, and many of these games look like they will be cool to play. If not, I hear there's a website where you can giveaway your key to someone else. Hmmm... :)
Happy Holidays to all. And thanks again, @Sensualshakti, for your hard work on this chart.

I hope they will make a better bundle next year. Slightly lesser items less number of days. If they want to do something starting from Dec 1 then they can add some art/soundtracks that is DRM on Humble.Go for Quality over Quantity and I am not talking about AAA games but more indie quality games. Too much repeated stuffs. I did not buy it, it'll be worrisome to get so many games that I would not have played and the rest just hanging in the storage, as I do not gift out Humble games at the moment.
If you want to donate to Charity, I'll say, go ahead select a charity from the lot and in the message, write on behalf of Yogcast or what reasons that you may have preferred a direct donation, well or simply a Merry Christmas! That would be lovely <3
Seasonal Greetings and Merry Holidays, @Everyone ^__^

I felt the same way. I'm disappointed, too, in the games in the bundle, but not disappointed that I donated the money. I'll keep a few that I find interesting and I'll gift the rest on SG. That's not too bad of an outcome, but I'd love for the list to be better-curated. It certainly would increase the number of people willing to direct $35 toward charity.

You can click on this link https://barter.vg/bundles/3/88/ then they respective bundles in their years that should give you the numbers sold. I checked for 2017 but did not for the rest. Cheers~

I hope they rethink the direction the bundle is going next year Or their intentions is merely highlighting the charities to the others and "persuade' them to donate straight to the charity. The charity streams seems to be successful though Millions donations achieved but I did not watch most of them. Cheers, Cruse~

never buying yogcast because as i would buy only for games just like every humble and yogcast bundles never were great. i dont feel inclined to donate to anglo-american organizations while they swimming in money already compared to the needs of local organizations.
My regional hospitals/ambulance and red cross systems need my money more, not like i can donate much but i do some small ~33eur each month. About thats the amount i save every month anyway by waiting on desired games to be on sale instead of buying on release.

Lol what? These games aren't great.
If you're going to go the "But it's charity" route, then tell me if you'd have actually donated the same amount of money to charity otherwise or did you buy this as a product?
Also, if they wanted to help charities, they would've made a more enticing product. The bundle has a bunch of mediocre bundled games and bad unbundled games, not to mention the DLCs for games that you don't get from this bundle.
In the end, this is a product. It's cool that they donate the funds, but regardless, these things can and should be criticized if they deserve it. In this case their 100% charity angle doesn't excuse the lack of effort put into this specific bundle in my opinion.
But yeah, "spoiled brats" and calling us "the real enemy". You're obviously not interested in actually looking at this bundle. You either want to go the route of "we should all pay money to charities", which is just there to stroke your ego, or you instead bought the bundle and are just here to try and justify your purchase. Either way, this would end in you being smug because others aren't like you. Doesn't matter if it's
social status or desperation.

This is a different story compared to other bundles because people didn't know the product they'd get. Yogscast is a massive company with a lot of social media influence, which would suggest that the games being offered here would be of higher quality.
The "no one has to buy it" is a silly argument because then everything bad happening to you is your fault because you made a decision at some point. You breathed in carbon monoxide and were injured? Well, you chose to live in a place where that happened and chose to not get a test kit just in case this would happen. Hitler's Nazi Germany not good enough for you? Well, he's building highways and putting criminals to work, so he's overall doing good stuff and if you don't like it, move to another country since you're choosing to stay there. A product is a product. You're exchanging cash for something. In all honesty, in only very rare circumstances should you compare "50% Off Guild Wars 2: Path of Fire DLC" to charity.
In a lot of cases, this product serves as an underhanded advertisement for other products with fodder for other games. This bundle is an incentive to donate to a charity essentially. If the incentive is weak, they're crippling their chances of raising more money. So to an extent, their laziness caused fewer purchases (donations) overall.
From what I can see, you would've donated $35 to a charity regardless. Good on you, really. But most people buying this are buying a bundle and the "100% to charity" part is just the cherry on top and a way to say "well, it's for charity, so we shouldn't have to get quality here!" and I'm not saying that they do something crazy or anything. But I think they could've done some work for this and they didn't.
This could've been bigger and better. For Yogscast, for consumers and for charities. That effort would've helped literally everyone and it wasn't put in. It's a missed opportunity really. Still better than nothing though and as with every year, I'm giving props to Yogscast for doing this.

The comparison was exaggerated to make a point that nothing is forced. Not being forced is not an excuse. You might get food poisoning from the Chinese food restaurant, but the restaurant's at fault for causing it not you for buying their food.
If you view it as a product and you can easily see what the history of this bundle has been, simply choose not to buy it if you don't want.
Very true. But that still doesn't erase this.
It is probably hard to talk a dev into donating anything too extravagant on these terms.
It totally is. But also this is great advertisement. Like for games that have sequels. Give the first one and use it to get sales for the second one. Like with Vermintide.
Or, you know, massively killing a race of human beings as apparently was the comparison.
Once again, I was never comparing these things. I was comparing your argument to reality. Everything's a choice and very little is forced. Name me an issue and I'll give you choices for it. Only things you can't fight are time and physics (and even physics can be manipulated to help you).
The fact is no one is making anything here monetarily except the charities. Any effort they put in is a gift and a hell of a lot more than most people whining about the bundle will do.
Which I already acknowledged. Good on them. Also, no one can come close to what they do because they don't have the influence. Those 30 or so people in the Yogscast crew have the influence to do it. Most others don't.
But you completely ignored the fact that they could've earned more for them. It's the potential that bothers me. They had a chance to do more and I think it was ignored a bit in favor of the actual event (a.k.a. their livestreams and videos).
Look, we'll disagree here and that's fine imo. I might be too much of a perfectionist for something like this.

You know, I never expect for the entire bundle to be that impressive -- I mean, I mostly buy it because I know that the money is going for a good cause. But one thing that bothers me (and I fully admit that this is a first-world problem here 😁) is that the whole thing was really anti-climatic. I mean, the final games were filler that have been given away for free or bundled roughly eighty gazillion (a totally accurate number 😜) times. We really couldn't end with some kind of semi-impressive game? It doesn't have to be Assassin's Creed: Odyssey or anything, but geez...what a letdown at the end. I don't mind a bunch of smaller, experimental, indie games along the way, but at least know how to close out a big event.
If a book, game, or movie is really good but has a total crap ending, then as far as I'm concerned, the entire thing is crap. You just feel robbed of the time you've invested because there was no payout at the finish line. While there has yet to be a truly epic Jingle Jam, this year's soft landing at the end felt worse than usual. It's making me question whether I'll donate next year...I may just look for a better place to direct my end of year charitable giving.
Oh, who am I kidding? I'll forget about this by next December and just get fooled again. And then I'll have another excuse to make a post like this one. Lolz (ง •̀_•́)ง 乁( ◔ ౪◔)ㄏ

I was actually thinking more exclusive cosmetic DLC for popular games would have been really cool.
Skins, guns, hats, etc. that you could only get from this bundle. And flashy enough to be noticed.
They already have Yogscast skins for Awesomenauts, so it's obviously possible. PAYDAY 2 had exclusive masks in 3-4 different Humble Bundles. PUBG and Fortnite both did exclusive stuff for Twitch. Rocket League does all kinds of custom skins. I imagine it would have been sweet to see a new skin or gun or something each day for games people actually play.
I agree with you about the order of reveals though. At least finish with a couple unbundled games.

Does anyone have the Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 C.O.D.E. Salute Pack spare?

Is it sad that the only "game" I would have used in the entire bundle would have been the Jurassic World Evolution - Ankylosaurus Skin (Vivid Variant) DLC? I'm all for giving money to charity, but it almost seems insulting when they try to give us something in return and that something is indie nonsense.
Don't get me wrong, I support this bundle and most of everything else Humble Bundle offers. Just wish the games were more up my alley. I've followed 3 years of Yogscast and decided no for 3 years; instead opting to direct donate to Wikimedia Foundation because knowledge is king and free information without ads is glorious.

Well, charity is a good thing,
It was fun to have a numeric advent calendar ( i like waiting for a surprise every day, i had a chocolate one, a beers one, a steam keys one this year ^^)
I get some interesting games (convoy, kabounce, guilty gear, DDoD)
And i had other keys to give to steamgifters.
I think i'm happy.

I would say that this is very probable, considering the high retail value. Even if Cardlife and Guilty Gear might not be taken into consideration for the total retail, this is still pretty close to the $700 threshold for these getting partial CV.
