Corpse Party. I have a US PSN account for it and the sequel.

Since I lack US PSN credit to buy more. :P

Easy choice to make even with about 150 games on UMD or my PSN accounts.

Either Pangya or Rock Band Reloaded ... can't make my decision.

It's a toss between the Monster Hunter franchise (everything dies to Dual Blades), or Dissidia 012 Final Fantasy while playing Terra.

I've never made my own PSP game.

But in terms of what I play, I really loved FF7: Crisis Core (playing currently) and I am also currently playing through Castlevania: The Dracula X Chronicles (specifically I got as far as unlocking, and starting, Symphony of the Night :P).

Other than that, custom firmware and plenty of emulated games I own, but on the go! :)

Hakuouki. I am not ashamed to say that I love otome games and was hella psyched when they translated and released one in the US for a portable.

Probably the best one i've played is Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker.
