Both, really. Bundle games do have value limits, being the first $25 normally, and then never more than 20% of the rest of your value (an extra $5 is you only give bundle titles, for $30 max).

Ok so if I had a key to a game that was in a bundle but I did not get it from a bundle it would be at the most add $30 to my contrib value?
