I may have to pick up a couple more T1's -- Grimrock and Volume are nice games.
Christmas is coming, though, so I have to watch my spending (gotta spoil the nieces and nephews). :X

Lego is really nice but also really expensive. I can still remember when I had to go to a Bday party of a friend I could buy a small lego box, nowadays you need 4 times as much or so :(

Yes, the old 2-week bundles had more games and were a bit better value. They've reduced the total number of games you get, just like manufacturers will keep the same price for a product, but reduce the amount of product you get. It's an old psychological marketing trick, hoping you won't notice.

I don't get all of the hate from monthly subs on this bundle. I got the Grim Dawn monthly so now I get this bundle for BTA ($3) and I end up with all of the games from the monthly and all of the games in this bundle for $15.

I guess T1 is worth it. Pity that they don't do unlock bonus games for the second week anymore. Haven't bought a BTA since they removed it because it doesn't feel worth it anymore. Even at such low BTA.

Oooh, The Legend of Grimrock II and The Secret World... must resist! Well this one could be easy to resist since I can't afford anything extra atm (had to visit dentist couple of weeks ago, my annual doctors appointment + one tooth needs to be removed... doesn't come cheap :( Also the insurance for the car... phew ).

But it never happens to me! Well, this time it did :)
The lowest BTA would have gotten me to buy it, but as it is I'm kinda out of money (stupid F2P ARPG/MMO addiction...) and already had 3 (but well, the other 3 were on my wishlist), so at ~3.60 I decided to sit out this round.
And then I got super lucky on steamgifts and won 2 out of 3 O_O. I've been getting really behind with my own giveaways lately, need to fix that some day soon.

T3s generally aren't, unless you're desperate to buy a game soon anyway, but given how low the BTA is in this bundle, you're left with maybe a 50% discount on Grim Dawn. It's going to hit that discount point again often and soon, no worries. Besides, GD was just in a monthly. It's likely that you can trade for it for $5 or less, rather than spending $11 getting it in the bundle.
Besides, any time you gotta ask yourself if it's a good deal, it's better to skip the bundle purchase.

That's a surprisingly low BTA... I'd expect it to be much higher for these games. O_o

Not a surprise at all. It's tier 3 and above that drives up the BTA on Humble bundles the most, and when so many people either already have the game, or the price of the tier is too high, they avoid it, and the BTA gets lowered by the PWYW purchases.
It's a very consistent pattern you can see for every Humble bundle.
