[Suggestion]New users/first time giveaways can't be longer than a week(or shorter?)

Umm.... Well this sounds absolutely pointless?

Generally just stay away from new users giving away A list games.

I don't think that would do anything to be honest. Just use them as point banks like I do :P

You don't have to enter fake giveaways, so you don't have to wait for them for four weeks either :).

Shouldn't new timers, if anything, be given more time to figure shit out?

The problem is, when you make a giveaway, its nowhere written with big red letters :D :D, that you have to actually give the game to the winners ...
So lots of people just think, "Hell, yeah, I make a COD II giveaway, and wish good luck in my description, let the site choose the winner and then give the game ! !!111!" ...
I know, its common sense, just some people dont have it. :/ (Or english skills. :) )

This is the message, the first timers see: (And I understand, it can be confusin, cause one of my friend, whos great in logical things, but not good at other languages, first thought the same, as I mentioned, and had to ask me about this page, cause he thought, its kinda fishy. :D)

More explanation on the create a giveaway page for the first few giveaways you create would be better.
I remember when I did my first giveaway there was nothing on the page that actually said "You know you have to give this game to the winner at the end of the timer, yea?".
