Looking For A Game...

and hope someone here can help me. I don't remember much, but the description was a sort of story-based game with a tactical grid like system where it's more about avoiding enemies rather than fighting them. It came in a bunch of chapters and I believe the final one released recently. I hope someone can help because it's driving me insane.

Edit: it certainly is on Steam. It released in Chapters. Typing in "Chapter" in the Search Bar didn't help me find it though... Pretty indie-like. I remember screenshots in a snowy area with cabins.
