Alright, so emotionally moving video games has given me many choices to pick from, so how about...

a lot of the ff games had good music and I think one of those kingdom hearts even had a famous jpop singer (sorry, forget all of it now, but I remember the song was pretty)

also, the ending song from sonic2 was pretty emotional for me... dunno why... drops a tear every time. >)

that song that plays at the "hill" scene in Lone Survivor was pretty toucing, in a way.

Im not sure if it can be called 'theme' but, well, the guitar 'theme' in Metro 2033 always gives me the creeps as it is toucing.
