As stated earlier just create a ticket, staff responds quickly most of the times.
Extra tip: in the future (when it concerns a public giveaway) only send them the key trough steam chat, this way you don't have to wait and wonder if the receiver has noticed your mail.

I hosted a giveaway on dynamite jack about a week ago now is when it ended. I sent the key through the supplied email, and waited a few days, he never checked off that he received the key. I added him on steam and messaged him, but he never messaged me back and later removed me.
I just was wondering what the standard thing to do is to take care of this? Not that it is particularly affecting my life, but I do wish for it to not say "awaiting response" any longer.
Any help on what I should do here would be much appreciated.
