Sorry to see you step down, Yatterman. I didn't know you well, but I've seen the kind of stuff the staff puts up with here and on Steamtrades and anyone willing to voluntarily take that on deserves respect and gratitude. Thanks for doing it for as long as you did.

Sad day. I've seen communities like this go down when administration is not up to the task. Usually the mods are the first to notice, to go away... when you go back in a year or so, you find only trolls and idiots, and new mods are never much better than most of the users.

Sad day for steamgifts. Admin might want to reconsider his priorities. Webchat or TF2 servers shouldn't have priority over support tickets & Co imho.

I think you guys really should think about recruiting new "support" to replace the people leaving. I wouldn't mind helping with support tickets to get things in order.

If this site has no support then people are going to turn it into scam central.

I think you are right to go if you don't think that the priorities aren't good.
I also must say you are right that the first priority should be a good support. a good support is the base of any service. really hope you and the rest will come back when CG sees the error of his ways.
