Question about contributions

I have a question about contributions and I apologize if this is covered in the faq although I couldn't find it. I have had multiple giveaways end and the total sum of my contributions has not raised. Is there a time period until it does or is this a bug and who do I contact if so? Thanks for the help; this is a great site for gamers/gifters and I love the spirit that it promotes.

Bundle games only sum up to 20% of your total value. You can identify those by having and * (asterisk) in the dropdown

The first 25$ of bundle games are counted as non-bundle. Value above that is only added to a maximum of 20% of your non-bundle contribution.
That means you can only reach a contribution of 30$ with bundle games alone (25$ + (20%*25$)).

Formula:

adjustedbundlevalue = bundlevalue - Min( bundlevalue , 25$ )
adjustednonbundlevalue = nonbundlevalue + Min( bundlevalue , 25$ )

contribution = adjustednonbundlevalue + Min( adjustedbundlevalue , adjustednonbundlevalue * 20% )
