Wait why can they only give away MP keys cant they give away just the base game. Please explain to me how this works where you can only put up MP keys.

You use a polish gaming website that gives away free MP keys to its userbase *Note the real game from steam includes SP and MP. That way is the only way to get MP only keys. If you're not polish, you use a polish proxy to essentially exploit it. All of this is "free" btw and ethically questionable.
