Sooo...
My doctor made a tiny little mistake and I won't be able to use my left hand for at least three months (yay!) or even for the rest of my life (i know...). I can't ride my motorcycle and I can't play my favourite games and it doesn't make me happy.

Could you please recommend me some games from my library that can be played with just one hand? Excluding adventure games as they are pretty obvious ;) Please?

You can play Paradox Interactive games with one hand easy. And it seems you own at least Crusader Kings 2.

Pretty much everyone has given you a ton of suggestions already, so you should be set there.

I do want to say that I will send good vibes your way that this is only temporary and you regain full usage of your hand! :(

Not a game, but some games may become one handed if you get the right kind of mouse? Mine has a ton of buttons, and the num/thumb-pad would probably work well enough as a d-pad, given enough practice, I would think.

I was gonna suggest the same too!

Instead of games, I would suggest getting a mouse that has tons of buttons. This way you can expand your game genre by a lot. For example, with this kind of mouse, you can comfortably play games like Diablo 3 with one hand.

Guys, thank you! I have a simple gaming mouse with a few extra buttons that I configured as keyboard hotkeys and not only had it made gaming easier but also helped me navigating through my browser. I wouldn't have thought of that, I really appreciate this!

... Clicker heros!

Jokes aside,
Soul gambler, (I kind of actually enjoyed it)
This War of Mine
SEGA Mega Drive & Genesis Classics
Abzu? (I believe you steer with the mouse)

As I havn't checked your whole library close enough heres some games/Genres you might enjoy:
Telltale games, (easy to manage)
Visiual Novels
Point n' click / Hogs

You could try to use the numpad, as it's close to the mouse, might work for some more games then?

From the games that you haven't played yet.
For sure: Back to the Future: The Game, Life is Strange, Sam & Max, Terra Lander, Secret of Monkey Island, All the Tropico games, Wallace & Grommit
I'm guessing Cities XL too.
Legend of Grimrock may be a possibility, if you mess around with the key binds.
I figure Dear Esther is slow enough for someone to be able to play it with one hand, keyboard only. Not sure though, never actually played it myself.
Maybe Divine Divinity and Beyond Divinity. It's been a long time since I've played those.

Get well soon!

You mean THAT games? =)
Well, I play Euro Truck Simulator 2 on keyboard usually no problem with one hand.
Also vote for Civilization 5 and ANNO 1404 (but I don't know if you have it).

Another vote for XCOM, CIV and Shadowrun games.

I'm i'm not mistaken, crusader kings and europa universalis and... well, all of those paradox games.

Point and click games are for you too.

Hope you get well soon.

Also Kotor 1 and 2 can be played with one hand, although you may be swtiching WASD to mouse more than once.

Heroes of Might and Magic, maybe? III or IV (yea, I know, people says 4th sucks, but it was my first HoMM game so I like it)
King's Bounty (may be hard on a global map, but it's worth to try)
XCOM/X-COM/Xenonauts (not sure about last one - haven't played it yet)
Don't Starve
Endless Space (maybe Endless Legend too)
Sins of a Solar Empire (there is a pause here and game speed settings)
This War of Mine
Symphony (mouse is more than enough for it)
Red Alert 2/C&C Tiberian Sun/Firestorm (you may have problems with squad ctrl+# bindings)

Also, maybe, classic Fallout games (I don't actually remember if they need 2 hands to play, sorry).

Hope you'll get well soon)))

Edit: sorry, missed part about your library =(

That really sucks... hope you get well soon.

I recommend One Finger Death Punch.

And you have a bunch of strategy and RPG games that are turn based (Shadowrun, Civilization V, This War of Mine, King's Bounty, Bloodbowl, Crusader Kings 2 could also be an option although it is stoppable real time...).

Good luck!
