My friends steam account will not verify.

My friend, SelvaPeluda[LCDZ], is having trouble verifying his account.
Every time he tried to either verify it, contact by E-mail, get in to the forums,
it would not allow him to verify his account nor give him access to any of the latter mentioned.
His steam account is http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198000165216.
Can anyone help me on this matter?

Keep trying. When I contacted support, I never got an answer. If he can't verify his acc on steamgifts, he should try on steamtrades or steamgamesales.

I opened up ten tabs and had to click verify for like 15 minutes for it to finally verify. It was funny to see some of the messages it gave for amounts. It would say I only had $30 worth of games sometimes, and a few times it said negative amounts. xD

He just has to keep trying to verify. Most times it just said the verification failed or that it couldn't reach Steam.
