Surprised they ended up completely throwing the towel during this Steam Summer Sale - I even held up finalizing my buy on Steam to wait in case they published something interesting, but nothing. Were the bundles published during the same period in 2016 so unsuccessful?

I am not sure about Humble Bundle, but I remember last year around with a couple of bundle sites it was also like this: Not much put online during sale (for example Groupees I think didn't even have anything new during sale or maybe something like a greenlight bundle).

I too am angry that this storefront offering multiple different kinds of products is not specifically right now offering up the one that I wanted it to, specifically one that would meet my exact, specific interests and criteria. It's unacceptable that they're putting other things on sale but not giving me the one thing I want right now, and that is proof they are always bad and somehow their lack of a product means they're greedy.

Considering what they do and the fact they bring a lot of great games for laughable prices, I totally stand by them, and even a month without bundle wouldn`t really distress me..
So I dont really understand those who bash HB now. Be thankful they exist at all.
As for bundle - I had a hunch that we wouldnt have a new one today. As last weeks bundle ends tomorrow and steam summer sale ends tomorrow, Im inclined to think, we can expect something tomorrow.
It could, of course, be a week without any kind of bundle because monthly ends, too. But I doubt that.

It's 4th of July in the US where Humble are based. It's really unlikely that they would add a bundle today. If anything, they would add it tomorrow when the other bundle expires.
