Where are my cards?

I voted community's choice for 23 times, then I became level 8; but I didn't receive any summer card. Is there anyone else having the same problem?

If you've just become level 8 then you will get the rest of your cards on your next vote.

Yeah, if memory serves that's how it worked for getting your cards for scoring points/being the winning team as well, though my voting at the new day was always the 3rd time.

You have to be level 8 before steam will actually give them to you.
