This is an item to use in a game. You need the base game to activate the key of the item. The base game is free, so you can only 'own' it by having it installed at the moment you activate the key of this free item.
I installed the free base game ( it's only 86MB ), and then activated the key from Rellikpt's link.

You dont have to insall the game to activate the key. Just add the fp2 game to your account and then activate it. :)

Hmm, I don't see how to do that. Looking at a different F2P, I see these options:
Add to your wishlist
Follow
Ignore
Play Game
Clicking Play Game leads into an Install dialog box. Cancelling the install... puts the game in my Library without installing it. Ah, thanks, I never knew that. (Phew! I was testing with Apex Legends, which is 79GB -- that DL would take me all weekend!)

It's only for AW accounts through Steam. You can't use the code in original AW accounts or migrate the account to Steam as they are treated as separate accounts.
