That game you gave away several times was added to the bundle list and that effected the value after a certain date.

the bundled games you were giving away were probably added to the bundle list a bit late.
when a game was bundled, you get much less cv for it and that will be enforced for all GAs of these games starting with the day they got in a bundle, even retroactively (so people can't quickly buy a new bundle 10 times and get like 1000 CV for the mere 10 dollar they spent).

When you give away a game on sale, you need to keep in mind that it can be added to the bundle list based on the discount it receives in other regions. In this case, a $10 game you gave 5 copies of was $0.35 in Russia, which puts it beyond the 95% threshold of the Bundled Games List. You then only receive 15% of its value in CV.

omg..how can I know that...i dont live in russia and the extension didnt say that there was a lower price.it was a steam gift..it wasn't a key or a bundle...doesnt that count a bit?i am sad now payed 7 dollars almost and got the xp I could get with 1 bundle that cost less than the half.. :(

well this is not a bundled game...I pay 1,2 dollars each for in steam...i could buy like 4 games with that price if I payed a bundle...this is unfair kinda..they could at least give me a little more experience that to consider it bundle tier game cause it was not i payed a lot more.. :((

And you get more than that in vaue per copy, anyway.

You can install Enhanced Steam for your browser, if you browse the Steam store with your browser you can then see if a game was bundled etc.

I'm from exEU2 and I still could trade russian copies from friends and give away them. Or someone from EU1 or US with much better salaries, and that's why the bundle-listing is global, sorry :\ Because of the weak russian currency I think the safest to treat everything above 80-85% discount at Steam store soon-to-be bundled because of RUS region

My guess... http://www.steamgifts.com/bundle-games/search?q=iggy Your last game Iggy's Egg Adventure got bundeled so you lost points retroactively.

you need chrome because enhanced steam isn't updated in firefox.
go to options on the top menu
price > add the countries you want there (some won't work and the chart won't show up)

well that game I won is actually a free giveaway and steamgifts didnt remove it from the list you can giveaway..talking about fairness towards everyone.. https://www.orlygift.com/giveaway totally fair :-(

Are you sure? I think the Nightmares from the Deep: The Cursed Heart giveaway was for 1k and it was removed from the GA list... I missed that freebie anyway, so I'm not sure how many copies there were. I rather they don't remove it so I could still win it :P

My point is that it would feel more fair if there was a scale in the discounts..It's like 100 or nothing almost..its'not a bundle so why it is considered one?discount is different than bundles so they should treat it differently..and when I see that 3k giveaway games given for free it just feelsbad..but what do you know about that right?you watch anime xD

Aren't you that person who called this website "shitty" after you gave away a lot of low-quality games and complained you were only level 1?

Thats funny. I was typing this in and as soon as I finished, I saw it.

How about you be a good person and give things away for the sake of making someone else's day, not raising CV? You'll get there eventually, but patience is key.

When something reaches a discount of about 85% on steam, it will get added to the bundle list, due to Russian prices. If you want to increase your CV, you're better off trying to find good deals for games that are not bundled in stores that don't sell games at a lower price to Russians. Depending on where you live, Amazon might be an option.

It's hard to tell exactly at what discount a game gets "bundled" these days. talgaby mentioned 80%. It depends on what shape the Russian economy is in right now (and well, currently it's in a really sorry shape).
And no, your points won't get lowered retroactively if a game gets bundled after you've made a giveaway for it. But it's worth keeping an eye out when making giveaways, as games needs to be added manually to the bundle list, so sometimes there's a delay between a game reaching a bundle level, and it getting added to the bundle list.
