Itunes Card Question (USA only?)

I was about to trade this morning for a itunes code that is restrict to USA only... im in Canada. Is there a way that i can activate the code on my account in Canada so it will works?

Or is there a way to create another account so the code will works also?

The code will only work in the USA but you can just make an US account and then redeem it there.
