Hello and welcome to the madness!
The challenge is simple: Play and beat any 6 games, starting today, that have been featured in any given Humble Monthly/Choice bundle in one month.

The prize: Persona® 5 Strikers

Game length does not matter and I'm not looking for 100% achievement runs. So long as you play and beat 6 games, I'm happy. You can go easy mode and play a bunch of 1h games or go crazy and play 6 +30h games. So long as they were in a monthly at a given point, it is all good.

Just post a comment with either screenshots/ achievements showing that you fulfilled the criteria and I'll add on Steam and give you the link. Feel free to share your thoughts on the games you've played, but it is not required.

Why you doing this?

I hate money. That and I realized I've been subbed to the monthly for over five years (yes it has been that long, I checked) and it occurred to me that I've barely touched the games I've gotten from it, let alone played them. Figured the same would be true for a few others, so I figured this is a good way to change that. A sensible person would probably unsub in this situation, but please refer to the beginning as to why that will not happen.

I've played the first X minutes of a game, can I pick it for the event?

No. You cannot have any play time or achievements prior to the start of the event. The only exception is idle time from farming Steam cards.

Can I play a MP only game?

No. It needs to have an "end" in order for me to count it as beaten, so it needs to have a campaign/story mode.

Why six games?

The first few monthlies had 6/7 games in them so I went with that.

How long are you going to do this?

Until my credit card statements gives me nightmares.

This event "ends" on April 6th when the next HB Choice releases, though the giveaway itself will end the next day. If you manage to finish game number six in between that time, feel free to post, but know that I cannot guarantee that I'll be able to give you the link in time.

Honestly, I never thought I would be doing this event for a whole year. It has been a very shitty year, but I hope this event has provided a bit of joy to some of you here. Thanks for taking part :)

11-11 Memories Retold	Noverber 2019 #49	Finished 1st Ending - 100%-ing	I can't help but compare the gameplay of 11-11 Memories Retold with Life is Strange, both are walking sim with some puzzles to solve and choices to make that effect the endings. As per story, I think it's well written and did it job well at making me emotionally invested in the main characters. And I love what they did with the art, very unique. Overall I think it's worth the time invested.

AER Memories of Old	April 2018 #30	Finished - 100%-ed	I tried to like this game, because it absolutely seems like something I'd love. The feeling of freedom from flying is great, but the camera angle could definitely do better in my opinions. I felt nauseous when both the left and right controller affects the camera, but only the left is the "real" control of your flying, additionally you can't lock the camera view into your favorite angle, because the game will automatically switch it back to eye view, which make me feel a bit sick everytime I fly. The puzzles are... quite mediocre, sometimes even frustrating to solve. And the music is forgetable for me. I'd say the game has much potential to become an indie hit but for me it needs more polish in order to achieve that. After finished the game, I don't think it's a bad game, such a pity that the studio behind the game is already closed and no longer producing patch/ new games.
Little Misfortune	November 2020 #12	Finished - 100%-ed	I was surprise that there are so so many dark jokes in this game, hard to say something story-related without spoiling anything, so I'll only say vaguely that I did enjoy my first playthrough. But because there's no checkpoint to return to after finish it I had to replay the whole game to 100% it.)
Smile For Me	November 2020 #12	Finished - 100%-ed	I believe this game is one of the underated indie gems out there, in my first blind playthrough I got stuck from time to time but the game with its quirkly hints help me out to solve these puzzles without having to look up a walkthrough. (although I indeed needed to read a guide to achieve the good ending xD). There are absolute no cheap jumpscare at all, but the music and the footages still do it job prefectly, creep me out when it's needed. It's not a long game but still feel very worth it.
Supraland	June 2020 #7	Finished - 100% requires DLC, so screw the dev	God this game is so long. The game is certainly made with loved, I enjoyed the metroidvania-like level design. But I think it indeed overstays its welcome, looking at the list for 100% I'm considering I'll pass. The puzzle aspect is well made, but can sometimes be frustrate because there're little to no hints. The combat and music is okay at best, they didn't leave much of an impression. It's such a shame, because I think I would like it better if they nail those aspect like Hollow Knight. But yeah I guess that comparison is not good here, since HK is a combat-oriented Metroidvania while Supraland is a lot more puzzle-wise.
