4) I'll Create a Good Game(No Bundles or Cheap Game) Group Giveaway within 24 Hours of Joining.

What a good idea this group is !
So :

1. I registered 7 months ago.
2. I won 2 gifts.
3. 10 gifts. I send 17 gifts, but you can remove two Dota 2 and 5 friends private giveaway.
4. I have to create a group giveaway once I get invited.

Now I have some questions:

1. Will I be able to enter giveaway as soon as I enter the group (if I enter) ? To enter giveaway others new members make ^^
2. Is there a minimum amount of the giveaway we muste create ?
