Basically what the short and simple title says.
I'm looking for something that's free to play. Also preferably something that doesn't require me to pay to unlock stuff like... inventory space, map areas, skills, equipment... I'm totally okay if you can buy stuff like accessories, that doesn't give you an edge over others. And I guess I could accept if paying players got a small advantage.
Still, feel free to suggest any MMORPG if you think it's great. I'll try to provide feedback about what I think of the games you've suggested.
Finally, don't link me to a site that lists a crapton of different MMORPGs. Considering it'd take at least 15 minutes to get an idea of one, I don't have 60+ hours to spend on finding one.

Rappelz is the best FREE one in which there are no advantages between players that spend money in the cash-shop and those that don't. (Cash shop items are sellable in-game)

Anarchy Online. Paying players do get a massive advantage though...

Maybe you should try Runes of Magic, has an interesting dual-class system, player housing, and whatnot, last time I have played it, it was pretty challenging as well, graphically it's okay if not a bit dated. But I enjoy my time I spent with it.

minus in game: -Aging graphics & interface. –Cash store imbalances parts of the game. –Imitates World of Warcraft in many, many aspects. -Quests lack direction.

Runes of Magic sucks... :(

Again, implying World of Warcraft is bad. :P No wonder so many MMO's are trying to copy it.

Haven't played RoM in ages though, I can only speak of those old experiences. It was one of the best F2P MMO when it started.

if you don´t have time finding a mmorpg you like, how can you have time playing it? (no offense)

Not that I don't have the time, I'd just rather not waste it on that.

Aion is ok. EU version is not really F2P unless you have Veteran acc or buying Gold Packs.

Did not expect so many comments.
Seems like the only game with multiple people saying it's good, and none saying it's bad is GW2. And, hey, I believe you. I would've already gotten the game, but that's a ton of money for me.
I guess I'll check out the other ones you've suggested and reply occasionally.

the problem is tha most f2p games are pay to win :( but seriously the best game you could have without having to pay a monthly fee is guild wars 2 and i know you have to buy it first(60$) but seriously it's worth it...you wil have hundreds of hours with ingame content and is not GROUNDBREAKING but is not the usual mmorpg either...seriously if you want to have a really good experience...try to find a way to get it...if not you can play aion online, cabal, flyff and atlantica online
