Happy cake day, and yeah it's tough, been a tough last year for me and won't get much easier moving forward but that's the only thing you can do and eventually it will all click. Gotta keep thinking about that or else you get stuck in a shitty loop like I did for a while, even now I get dragged into that but I get myself back on track somehow.
