Just a quick check on a game (Xcom)

Soo...Xcom is on sale on Nuuvem, never bought from them but I've only read good things about them (so far).

My question is: is it region lock?Can I activate it here (in Europe, Italy)?

I've used the search button but I found only people talking about preorders and gift, not keys...

I know but traders are greedy (the majority) and if the game now on steam costs 40 they will ask that

Looks like there are only NA RU and ROW versions and only the ROW version is locked, so it should be fine as Nuuvem sells ROW versions normally.
