And people who make topics saying "Entered X won NONE!"

I don't think this would be very helpful. If you want to help the mods by reporting something, you should be reporting the evidence, not the person you think did something wrong (and letting the mods do all the investigating). On SteamGifts, it means reporting giveaways, and maybe forum posts. But if you want to report a whole suspicious account, you should probably provide some additional info -- so, instead of simply clicking a button, gather some evidence and contact the support.

The same as stupid people flagging giveaways for no reason. Either the problem exists already or your point isn't that strong.
It cuts down on time spent because if a profile makes 5 fake giveaways, then it takes one report to spot them. All a report does is bring it to a mods attention. Eitherway the mod has to check the profile and determine if it's real or not. Getting real reports and maybe some stupid ones is faster than scanning through the entire user database for suspicious accounts.
It takes me a few seconds to spot a suspicious account.
There are red flags, No inventory, VAC Bans, "Possibly Russian", Made hundreds of dollars worth of giveaways in an extremely short amount of time, suspicious description e.g. "KEY FOR DEMO", extremely new user, Has friends on his friendslist that are known scammers/fakers from steamreps and past bans from steamgifts, or Doesn't have a profile set up at all.
Then there are a few that don't pass the stupid test. They put up giveaways because they think that "magically creates a game to giveaway when they've never bought a gift". They try to "gift games already on their account that they've played".

It happens all the time. People on the internet like to cause chaos. This site used to be good till the door were open but like any ftp system the trolls have been let in. As an Ex-moderator it's not fair to the mods to do something like this. every time you allow people to report the severs get an overload of people who just come on the site to report.
There's only one way to bypass all of that spam and have a mandatory paragraph or two telling why one is reporting. Trolls don't have the time to craft something like that and if a user is constantly cutting and pasting a report log with the ability to see the spamming reporter. . . Again it takes allot of time and effort and it's not fair to the admins or the moderators.

I see some suspicious accounts, either mass fake games, mass cd keys, fake accounts, multiple accounts, known scammers, and so on. Do you think there should be a Report button on profiles to flag suspicious profiles?
