Why would they, there's most likely still thousands of keys/accounts going around from when the game was sold for around $5.50 on who knows what forums or other trading websites so you can get it pretty cheap(around 6-7 USD), or you can more often than not buy it from a key website for less than 8 USD. No cheater ever buys it for full price.
I did a bit of a calculation to a website I wont link and it would cost me $5.70 per copy of the game and I could buy 1 or 10 copies at that price. The only drawback is right now I don't have what I need to give them in exchange, so if I were to buy it right now then exchange with them, it would be like $7.50 so it would be more of an advantage for me to wait.

Kinda, but that's not releated to cheating, your drops of cases and weekly drop of a skin is not affected by winning. + CSGO ban locks the game's inventory as well ;)

I think they are so loosy, so they need to have cheats only to win sveral matches and say "no luck, just skill".
Personally I've played >1000 hours CS GO and still 3-4 Gold Nova (before update I even reach 2 AK Rank), because I playing it for fun, not for big noise. And some one is so retardet, so they need to use cheats to win some rounds or match. You can winning 12-3, and then suddenly loose 13-16. Suddenly. Cheats will be obvious,but they will keep saying "you are noob" and etc. Or some even more retarded and will use speedhack and wh from 1st round...

Well, based on your ranking/hours, you are indeed a newbie or noob (w/e you wanna call it). The majority of the eople on Gold 3-4 and MG don't even know the basics of the games, yet run around calling others hackers.
I'd like to apologize if anything I said offends you, however that's the truth. Players below the ranks of DMG-LE, only know a tiny fraction of how the game is supposed to be played.

Well I am not a Pro, indeed. But then you play as CT and entering B-side doors or entering long and see what T is already there - it is obvious what thay have speedhack. Or when you smoke mid-doors wait 3 sec, jump and get instant headshot with one only 1 shot (in smoke) - do you feel it as luck? They shoot only when some one pass that damn door.
I do Overwatch more than a year, so I can tell if some one cheating with hi possibility.

First and foremost, whether CT or T gets to Long first is based on the spawns and CT most than not get there first. Speedhack? Really? The shots through the Dust 2 Middle doors are based on timings and where your character is mid air, which is also somewhat standard 'cause people don't know how to cross the gap. You watching Overwatch means nothing, as anyone above MG or so can.
I'm not denying that there are hackers, I'm denying that you can identify them. As a person who has not played even close to the top ranks (which are admittedly worse than FPL, Rank S etc.), your skills cannot be compared to the rankings above and probably so does your game knowledge. Lacking those is what renders you unable to identify them, unless of course they are extremely obvious.

You simply can't get B-site or Long A (when T can see A-side from corner) - sooner then CT then you start rushing in same time, no matter where spawn was. CT's always come first. T awper can set his position in Box first, while CT reach corner - yes, but never get corner first.

If you are going to present a thought, make it a complete one. You are not even talking for the exact same spot on Long on your first comment and your second one. I'll say again, it is based on timings. If the CT who is closest to long doesn't go there and someone else does, while the closest T goes there, the T will get to Long doors first, simple as that.
Being someone who has played on all Ranks, from S1 to Supreme, I can for sure say that people on G3-4 don't know jack shit about the game. Yet, they somehow seem so able to identify those hackers. Most of them haven't even watched a single match among the best teams to know what the skill ceiling of the game is.

Long doors - yes, but not the corner. I was spawn in closest to long spot, run with knife, pass first corner and get on high-way, but on the middle of it - T's starts run and shoot at me from the next corner. In all timings Ct must get that corner first.
Mid doors - I said what they are shoot only then someone crossing even in smoke, it's not just blind spray or timings. First CT pass and go B-site - was one shot and he was hit, I wait for smoke and pass 3 seconds after in smoke (1 sec for smoke enable, 2 sec waiting for "tmings") - and another one shot and hit (in smoke). Usually T's start blind spray raight after smoke enabled. And as I say it wasn't just a blind spray - only one shot exactly when CT passing.

Boosters is the answer. They buy an account, boost other people with hacks, get payed for it and then the account gets banned. They don't care if the account gets banned or not, as they have already got payed a price above the value of the account itself.

There's been periods when cheaters have found ways to create cheats that are not detected by VAC... at least for a while. So I guess this is something they hope for, that Valve has not been able to find ways to detect the latest cheat tools

wow is in its 13th year now and it's running because it's the only mmo of this genre of that quality and blizzard knows how to hook people. also the game went downhill with the pay to win and even though it lost more than half of its subscribers it makes more money now than ever

Quality is debatable, there's been several MMOs that have been at least as good as WoW. The problem is that most MMOs have tried to beat WoW by cloning WoW, and even if you end up creating a better product than WoW, you still need to convince people to play your game, instead of the game that they've invested hundreds upon hundreads of hours in, and that their friends are playing. This has been the major pitfall of most MMOs. New MMOs need to target a niche that's not already filled by WoW (this is why Eve online has been able to prosper, because it's not WoW and it does not try to be WoW, and why games like SWOTOR never really got off the ground properly, because it was trying to fight WoW on WoW's on turf).

i think that wow is its own standard, and that several released mmos being at least as good as wow is a false statement, even if ignoring how wow heavily relies on psychological pressure tricks to keep players subbing. right now the best alternatives on the market are anything that is not more or less like wow even when just looking at the "medieval fantasy" theme, and the example you gave with eve online is a good one. other games like swtor, wildstar, teso or guild wars 2 are all garbage and don't even compare, and wow is more a "fortunate" way for these games to be failures population-speaking than it would be "stealing" it. if wow was to be released today after all those games, people would just get out of there and play wow instead. i think that people not willing to play another game because they're settled into their current one and don't want to lose their progress and habits is a thing, but that it's not powerful enough to prevent a game of quality built with wide audiences in mind to be successful, and it can also be a proof of the game quality because people could be not willing to give up their wow progress but wouldn't care if it was another mmo
