Also, Oddworld's Strangers Wrath, had some awesome guns. Maybe it was more the live ammo that was awesome.

Make another topic for RPG's and I will say the Sword of Aeons because it was so cool when I first sacrificed my sister in Fable. whops.

Probably my favorite gun in BO2 was the Vector. My go to weapon of destruction. So lets call that mine.

MK23, Tommy Gun (Thompson), mediguns (mp5 and Schneidzekk) and grenade launchers from Killing Floor
m700, QBZ, SG 552, deagle, anaconda, USP, kriss from CrossFire (almost never used the later two cause they're useless or op)
snipes, AK-47 and beretta AR replicas in Borderlands 2 if they have good accuracy and deal good damages and i'd say smgs and snipes in the first Borderlands but i think i'd have to test it out again, and again about any weapon as long as it has good accuracy and damages. also no high reload and no very slow firing rate
deagle, scout, sg 552, steyr aug, mp5 (even if i barely ever used it) in cs:s
weapons from quake-like games that i don't even know the name of, mostly the fast grenade launcher and the fast snipe

UMP-45 in CS: GO - almoust perfect weapon for CS, cheap, reliable powerful. Can take away 2-4 enemies in rush before reload.)

Depends on the game. But as a general rule guns with an option to have a silencer/supressor, or a revolver.

With this in mind my pick is M14 with a silencer(not in particular the EBR version). Or the Nagant revolver with a silencer ^^
But I find shotguns to be pretty fun too! Especially the pump action ones! But I'm very picky with the iron sights in the shotgun. I can trade for a worse gun just because it feels better to me.

The Painkiller weapon from Painkiller, so many ways to damage enemies with it! Rotating blades for close up damage, hit them with the alternate fire projectile, use the laser that links the projectile to the body of the weapon, start rotating the blades and throw them like a sideways helicopter rotor. So much fun.

UT ShockRifle: orb+beam = boom! simple yet hard to master.

I don't have a specific gun in mind but I always choose the shotgun in games. I'm a run and gun kind of player and I love running up and blowing people away.

Crossbow on instant kill from Perfect Dark.

I dig most of the WWII firearms. Colt 1911 by John Moses Browning is a classic.
