How can win GA with too low Contributor value?

They lost CV after Darksiders/RFA became bundled. But at one point, they had the CV in order to enter that GA. I say they're a lucky bastard.

Then for future references, for GAs with a CV and the winner just happens to not have the specified amount, what should be the correct course of action? Re-roll? or just give it to him/her?

Luckily for me, I've never done a contributor GA...so I don't feel cheated. If that happened to me, I would feel cheated...kinda...

Why cheated? If someone is able to enter a contributor GA, then they must have the contributor value required. If it was lowered after, it's got nothing to do with them, but with SG itself, so they're not cheating in my opinion.

I never said they were cheating, but that I would feel as though I had been cheated or something. Like if I made a giveaway for say 30.01, and the person had like $70 from only a bundle, and dropped to $30 before the giveaway ended, I would feel slightly cheated since the game could've gone to someone who has given away something other than just a $1-4 bundle.

I definitely wouldn't reroll in that case. At some point, that person legitimately had that much CV.
