From the bundle thread, it seems the Risen games aren't locked. The only problem you should have with the Saints Row games is if the winner is from Germany. The Dead Island games are a mess though.

yup, we are banned , when i redeemed my wallet code i needed to use VPN
only gifts and games i purchase from steam don't need vpn
i use US vpn and set my store location to us :/

Im from Germany, most of them do not exist in the german Steam Store.
But got some of them already as example: "Dead Island".
I was able to activate this Game from a Bundle bought month's ago :D

So, I'm from EGYPT
I got the deep silver bundle BTA just for 2 games, so I'm welling to share the rest but I'm aware of the region lock fiasco here.
And since we are not a "recognized" region, I don't know how region locks work for us in humble bundle.
In steam we are treated like a US/Row region which is great for the giveaways :D but HORRIBLE for the prices ,, since one dollar equals now about 10 Egyptian pounds. go figure
So, Anyway, I'm making these giveaways, that, I'm sure will work for you if you are a middle eastern like myself, but I have no idea how things will go if you are from elsewhere, so enter on your own responsibility.
