Viva la Vida by Coldplay because it's so perfect, I feel unworthy of listening to it.

Well not exactly cry, i can't even remember last time i did such thing, must've been more than 8 yrs or so.

Anyway Nude by Radiohead is something that can teleport towards the soul crushing downward spiral in an instant, mainly because it captures lot of things that i've been through in last 10 yrs with so little words in it.

OH SORRY WAS THIS ABOUT VIDEOGAMES?!

In that case, Magdalene from Silent Hill 2 OST

After a few years without hearing it, Deus Ex's menu theme almost brought a tear to my eyes, along with the usual goosebumps.
I'm pretty sure I hear a few songs that did bring me emotions. Can't name them though.

As much as I consider myself a total music nut, there has been no song that made me cry, and honestly ,there never can be.

If you cry about a song alone, you got some serious problems imho.

I'd say it's more about the feelings the songs invoke, through personal experiences and memories.

In Latin America there is a song from early 80's. It's the intro of a children series: Marco. It's so sad. And even we, men, say: who didn't cry with Marco!! Nowadays it's like a bit of nostalgia and sadness.
I don't know if you people around the world enjoyed this anime at that time.

We had this series/anime in Portugal as well, i own some Vhs tapes one of which was a movie, if i remember correctly. Despite that never really heard anyone talk about this show, heidi and dog of flanders on the other hand, are more well known around this parts.

Alot of songs can do it for me but it still requires a certain mood. Many of Anathema's songs, some post-rock, Burzum's Illa Tidandi and Moti Ragnarokum, some Ludovico Einaudi (especially Nuvole Bianche) etc. have the potential.
