Asked from the creator for reroll 4 weeks ago.

The waiting is the hardest part...

Nothing. Reroll can only be requested by the creator. Just post a comment on the gib saying you don't want it and you are fine if they either reroll or delete the gib. The rest is up to the creator /shrug.

Here is the procedure I usually use:

1. Post a comment in the giveaway saying something like, "I won this game in another giveaway. Please re-roll."
2. Wait.
3. If I get tired of #2, I can mark the gift as "not received." Now, it's the creator's problem, not mine.

Keep in mind that it takes time for SG Support to respond to requests. There may very well be a re-roll request in the queue and we simply haven't gotten to it, yet. When we do, however, we will be looking for your request for re-roll. (See #1.) Also, mass giveaways (50+ copies of the game) are usually too much work for the creator to re-roll, so they usually ask that you mark the game as "not received," instead.

Maybe post a new comment on the giveaway incase they missed the first message. Just be polite and explain that you wanted to make sure they didn't miss the first message.

If nothing happens, I would just leave it and not mark it as received or not received. They will not get credit for the giveaway and it will not count as a double win for you because you didn't mark it as received. When they realize that it was not marked as received, they will see your message and they can reroll if they want. You did nothing wrong and your comments will always be on the giveaway to show that you asked for a reroll.

If it was more then 1 copy giveaway it may take awhile .

I have delition for such GA pending , for which support said it may take few months since only CG can do it .

If it was higher lvl giveaway with few entries , it may be that everyone already own the game.... I had such case 2.

Also check the ga creator profile , he may be newer user or non English speaker .

In the end u can simply mark as non received....

And srsly try not to enter for games you already own....It's really annoying for the creator to reroll stuff
