Hey guys, the game's been released! How awesome it is that it was admitted to Steam Greenlight just three weeks ago. Congratulations to the developers!

Today is a glorious day despite the rain.
The Quest is released on Steam!
Originally, this post was about its placement on Greenlight. I have left that portion here for historical sake.
ORIGINAL POST
Today is a good day.
The Quest is on Steam Greenlight.
The Quest was an RPG from Pocket PC days, which reached popularity on Apple's iPhone. According to Redshift Games, the creator of this indie masterpiece, it "is a beautifully hand-drawn open world role playing game with old school grid-based movement and turn based combat." And despite looking like a straight mobile port, it has brand-new optimized graphics designed for the PC.
The game features about 20 hours in the main game, which expands to 200-300 hours when the expansions are added. As far as I know, the expansions are not yet added to the Greenlight version.
The developers are quite nice and respond to any and all concerns. I'm not going to post a link to the site since I'm not sure if it will be considered a referral link, but you can ask for help on a certain expansion, for example, and get feedback within a good amount of time. I've also beta-tested a few of their expansions a few years ago.
Okay, so this might sound like a marketing ploy. I'm posting this because I was really passionate about this game for a couple years and I wanted to spread the good word. I'm also really excited that the game that got me into RPGs in the first place will hopefully be on Steam!
I hope you guys support this game and its developers. It's quite the gem and deserves to be on Steam. It's certainly not The Witcher 3 or Fallout 4 or even Skyrim, but it certainly brings back nostalgia. You can find The Quest here.
EDIT 12/15: The Quest has now been Greenlit by Steam! Expect to see it sometime in the future!
EDIT 12/22: The Quest has been officially released on Steam!
