Good idea, but you should check also estimated Wins, if smb not have at least 1.5 chance to win (so, he/she not enter many giveawys) or enter only for that, which have the most of enters. In rules, which you tell you prefer smb, who join site and not enter to many giveaways (probably stop use it for longer time).

Even so, it's nice of you to do a "cherry popper" giveaway. (That's what we used to call these.) Just make sure that it's a private giveaway, and that you have received mod approval for your rules (zero wins, 6 months on site, 500 entries).
