Geez, I just looked at the map. Only a mile south of where the other two big ones hit Moore in 1999 and 2003. People need to GTFO of that area.
Found a map. 3 F5 tornadoes hitting so close to each other, crazy.

Sorry to hear. I've been through a couple of super typhoons/hurricanes and the aftermath is never a pretty sight. Is there a different disaster relief to donate to? I dropped ARC from my list after the 9/11 bait and switch fiasco and the Hurricane Katrina theft scandal. It's a shame because I was quite involved in their walk-a-thons, blood drives, and charity donations.

Thanks guys! Ive been getting messages from all over including friends from Australia. It lifts my heart knowing people not even remotely near care :).
As for another donation site, there are actually a ton out there. I only linked the Redcross one because i figured it'd be the easiest to get approved here and havent had the approval to link more. Ive heard about the scandles too, and I was worried a bit about it. Theyve been a huge help here though already so I gave them the benefit of the doubt.

Hello, I already ran this a mod, and they approved it. I live in Oklahoma, specifically the Moore area. A horrible tornado ran through much of Oklahoma on May 20th. It killed many people (should of been SO much more..). Hundreds of homes were destroyed, 4 schools (2 elementary schools, a junior high, and a high school), and many businesses. It was registered as an EF-4 tornado (some reports say EF-5). UPDATE: They changed it to an EF-5. I actually live in the neighborhood of Plaza Towers which received the worst damage. Half of my neighborhood is completely in rubble and just straight up gone. My house somehow missed being torn down by literally a block. My family is ok, but many are not nearly as fortunate as mine. Many have lost absolutely everything, including their loved ones. We currently even have FBI agents and the national guard protecting our homes and what use to be our homes from looters and from anyone not related from just getting in the way from rescues and repair.
I visit Steamgifts everyday. I have finished my own giveaway and won one as well. One thing I have realized is people are very generous here. I am posting this on here asking for assistance and support. I just want to spread the word. If no one donates that is completely fine. If you will though keep us in your thoughts and prayers.
If you do wish to donate, the best way that I have found out of the many is through the Redcross. They have been extremely helpful down here. The following site is the one that was approved. Press the disaster relief fund to help with this situation if you feel led/compelled to: American Redcross Donations
Again, if you don't want to donate that is 100% fine. This is just me doing my part and spreading the word, especially since I was literally directly affected. If you feel like you want to spread the word yourself that would be appreciated as well. Thank you all.
Donation site again (press disaster relief): American Redcross Donations
