Incase you didn't see: Jade: You really did not treat me quite as well as I figured support would have. I realize it wasn't urgent, and I didn't expect it to be, that's why I kept it with the normal setting, but you blew it out of proportion, and I really didn't appreciate that, even when I explained what I really meant as it wasn't as apparent as I thought I made it. I'm sorry if you feel I wasted your time, but I really feel like you shouldn't have treated me poorly. As a support member, I feel you shouldn't lose your temper no matter how much you want to. Please consider this next time you are put in a situation like that. What is your problem? All you do is insult me at every turn, and you don't even know me. That isn't how a support member should act, and frankly, if you treat everyone like this, why do you have your position? Who gave it to you and why? You just insult people, and have a smug attitude. You think your better than everyone when really your just a cyber bully. Oh and I'm assuming you are going to use me calling you a cyber bully as another reason to extend my suspension, but it doesn't change the fact that you really hurt my feelings and need to stop acting that way. :c

Look at it this way: If someone new comes in and sees your 'joke' about begging with no repercussions, they might not realize it's a joke and that begging is okay, or at least tolerated. Soon, he starts begging, too, and word spreads and the chat is spammed with nothing but beggars. Zero tolerance for begging (even jokes) and referrals and similar things is all absolutely needed.
