Problem with creating a giveaway

I tried to create a giveaway, and the game does not appear on the list.

The game is: The ship.

The thing is, I saw hundreds of "The ship" giveaways.

So?...

It's not allowed to create The Ship giveaway because it's a part of a bundle now.
