Are you saying that you only play your games once?
Every game I've obtained has been with the intention to play it more than once. I'm from the "board game" generation. When I buy a game, I intend to play it over and over and over, again. If there's no replay value in a game, then why buy it in the first place? That's like buying a pair of shoes you only intend to wear once.
"But Khalaq," I hear you saying, "what about all those games in your Steam library that you haven't played even once?"
While it is true that there are some games I haven't yet gotten around to playing, many of those "unplayed" games are owned multiple times. I own Deus Ex, for example, on physical CD as well as on GOG, but my current playthrough is on Steam.

I don't think comparing it to a pair of shoes is a fair comparison. Yes, most games should be replayable and not something you buy once then leave sitting there.
From a game, you can get hours of entertainment. Be it from great gameplay, or mediocre gameplay and a great story - such as some indie games like To The Moon. Yeah it's fun but replaying it might not be so enjoyable because you won't be experiencing the full impact of the story nor is the gameplay anything extraordinary. It's short but I'd still rather spend those 4~ hours on something new, or something which does have replay value.
Another example of a game I got recently is Spyro 3. Last time I played it was years ago when I was a young kid, and whilst I remember a lot of it I don't remember everything such as where to find all the gems/eggs. I absolutely love this game, very high on my best games I've played list, but it has very little re playability. I find it just gets repetitive and as you now know where everything is located, there's no fun in searching around for everything and for the most part it's the simple task of remembering.
However, a pair of shoes isn't really going to provide much and it's not something you should be paying for once because a large purpose of shoes is to wear them... Whenever you need them and go out of the house (which doesn't happen much for most of us might I add)
Don't really want to get into some long argument with people about this but just some things I wanted to say.

You are certainly entitled to your opinion, and my opinion is not any more "valid" than yours is, but I grew up in a different time and therefore have a different approach to possessions and life in general. "Disposable" merchandise was unheard of when I was a kid. Whatever we bought, we used up or wore it out, then we fixed it and used it some more. Throwing something away when it could be repaired or used by others was seen as "waste" and greatly frowned upon. Whenever we considered making a purchase, one of our major considerations was "will this last for a decent length of time?"
Younger generations have had a much different environment in which to grow up. Even so, not everyone is able to make a purchase whenever they want. A person who has suffered poverty and/or has had to live without many of the comforts others take for granted learns to appreciate what he or she has. Sure, some things have the greatest impact when being experienced for the first time (e.g. "The Game" with Michael Douglass), but that is not the full extent of their value. To dismiss something because you have "seen it all before" is to entirely miss the point of living. Novelty is the most base and uninspiring form of mental stimulation, and the human mind is capable of so much more in both breadth and depth of understanding. True, you may not want to play "To the Moon" multiple times in one day, but returning to the game after some time has passed offers you the chance to notice all of the things you did not appreciate the last time you played it.
I'm not rambling on, here, to refute what you've written. I'm just trying to encourage you to take a deeper, more thoughtful look at both your assumptions and your conceptions about what is possible. I hope that I am making sense to you.

SW:KOTOR and SW:KOTOR II , finished them multiple times. Finally bought them again on my steam account but haven't played it yet. Can't get it to work on my Windows 7 without crashing, For the time being I've given up.
Also Fallout 3, Fallout New Vegas, Skyrim, Oblivion and Morrowind. Finished all these games at least once by doing all the Main Quest + Faction Quests + Side Quests + Misc. Quests etc. And then again did multiple playthroughs with huge number of mods.(except the Fallout games , I have them on my console)
Other games that I have multiple playthrough would be Dishonored ( I need to get the DLCs ) , Witcher 1 and 2 ( all the different choices in each playthrough ).These are the few I can remember right now.
Of course, The first game that I beat and had multiple playthrough would be Virtua Fighter on my Saturn ( Dural was so OP ).
