I'm not exactly sure what type of games you are looking for, but I enjoyed these and most of them have less than 1000 reviews on Steam.
Papo & Yo
The Shantae series
Cally's Caves 3 (Cally's Trials was not good)
Super Panda Adventures
Eidolon
Miasmata
Q.U.B.E
Epistory - Typing Chronicles
Betrayer
The Novelist
Eidolon and Miasmata may not be for everyone. I liked them both a lot, but they require insane amounts of exploration and the ability to use maps without the game telling you where you are.

I really enjoyed it. Mainly because the game did a good job on the metroidvania aspects. Good progression of weapons, upgrades, and unlockable areas.

I enjoyed the game a lot, but be warned, it is not for everyone. I really enjoy peaceful games where you can just wander around and explore. The game is massive and most of your time in the game will be walking in the woods. There are some survival aspects, but it is not difficult and there isn't really a penalty for dying. The gameplay is basically just walking around trying to find pieces of information to tell you what happened to the people that use to live their.
A single playthrough took me 50 hours to find everything, but I tend to play games slower than the average person. If you end up playing it and have questions about anything, I am happy to help :)

Cool. But I don't know if it's for me, I started playing The Long Dark, I enjoyed it a lot, can't deny but after 19 hours I got tired of it, it was just so much walking. Then you die coz you don't pay attention to your resources and you got walk 10 mins again to get to your objective.

I'm hoping The Long Dark will end up in another bundle, I have been looking for a copy for years, but I am too cheap to buy it.
There are no objectives in Eidolon, it's more of a relaxing exploration game where you just find pieces of information as you go along. There are a bunch of different story lines to follow and piece together to understand what happened to the civilization that used to live there.
If you don't like the survival aspects, you don't have to worry about it too much since you can't really die. When you die, you just wake up somewhere where you are healed and you don't lose anything, but there are different healing spots where you can wake up. I never died while playing, but if you do, the worst part is just trying to find out where you are because your location is never shown on the maps. You have to use your surroundings and the landscape to figure out where you are.
So the game is basically just wandering around and finding the story pieces with a small amount of survival. If you don't want to wander aimlessly, there are a couple ways to be pointed in the location of the closest pieces. Be prepared to do a lot of walking though. If you wanted to walk from one side of the map to the other, it would take hours in real time. Once you find some maps and figure out how the land is layed out, it is best to try and find everything in each part as you play so you don't have to come back or else you could be in for a long walk.
Everything in the game can probably be collected in about 20 hours, but I took my time, got lost a few times, and didn't look anything up online. I enjoy these kind of exploration games and didn't care about completing it quickly. I think I played it a little at a time over 3 or 4 months. Something to do to calm down for an hour or two at the end of the day before going to bed.
If you want to see what the game is like, here's a let's play with 54 half hour episodes :)

I didn't know the grinch was such a master of sneak.. He can even make a fake info leak! (This terrible rhyme was sponsored and paid for by the Tyrants Against Grinches Association, also known as TAG)

No worries! I really think that this game is under a radar.

hope doesn't too rude for you (sorry if so), but: would be nice to have here at SG something about those games. i do like reviews, and even more games that you discover.
still, SG Discussions are handy, quick and preferable, imo. (like... AllTrac just did!)

Thanks for the input! That's definitely interesting idea! <3 I will take it under consideration! Maybe I'll add weekly wrap-ups here with 7 games at once on every Sunday or something. Depending on how much work it'll take, since I wanted it all to be as simple as possible due to little spare time I have.

Lococycle immediately came to mind. It's definitely not a great game skill/gameplay-wise, but it's fun, short, and relatively obscure although it did make it into one of the early bundles of the past.
You play as a sentient motorcycle battling her enemies across the roads of America as she explores her way to freedom with her unwilling mechanic in tow, attached by his pant leg.
Button mash to win, with some bad QTE interspersed, but enjoy the journey and the cheesy FMVs.

Might and Magic meets Civilization with crafting. There's always Thea 1 if you're not into early access.

How To Cope With Boredom and Loneliness
It's a bit closer to a movie / visual novel than an actual game, but it has so much creativity in it. And it is funny, and free, and easy 100%. Nothing not to like!
