does coupon discounts stack with steam sale discounts?

Say a 10 dolar game is %50 off in sale, i also have a %50 discount coupon, can i buy it for 2.5?

Most-if-not-all badge-crafting coupons doesn't stack. But some coupons do.

If there is NO info "does not stack" it has chance to stack (sometimes they forget to add it).

Usually when you're looking at the coupon you want to make sure it says "Can't be applied with other discounts". Example

If it doesn't say that then it should be stackable. I'm pretty sure if it's above a certain percent off (25%?) It's unstackable.
