If you want to check out just 1 person, go to their profile and try to enter any old public GA. For broader searching ESGST and other scripts can go through all people on some page to check it out.

Being blacklisted for any reason is fair play.
There are plenty of other giveaways to enter on SG, so don't sweat it and go enter some.

If you know the user name that you suspect has blacklisted you you can see if you can view his ended giveaways.

And to as if Blacklists are fair..... well whomever blacklists you can't enter any of your giveaways either.

Steamgifts is not a constitutional right, so being blacklisted for any reason is acceptable, I guess. You are on my whitelist, though. I don't remember why, but probably for A Reason ;)

Never make topics about blacklists, it will just lead to more blacklists.
