is a plugin for firefox(maybe also chrome) that classifies the security of some website and warns you when you try to enter to a dangerous one.
You could also be more polite, there is no reason for that to be included in a simple question.

Its common sense, why in the world would i enter a russian site if i dont understand the language?, i cant even read the rules, and i should talk in the native language, since my first thought would be that no one speaks a foreign language and no one will make an effort to translate since i didnt even tried,

Steamgifts is an INTERNATIONAL oriented site, and as stated in the rules, the english is the official language.

That french site is oriented for french, so there is nothing strange in demanding only french language. you learned that @ school right? Because i learned english in mine.
