If they did Chroma Squad as the freebie, I might consider. But after this last bundle, which didn't appeal to me at all beyond Chroma Squad, coupled with PayDay 2 as the freebie ... fuhgeddaboudit.

Is the bonus for new subscribers only the base Payday 2 game, or do they also get the DLCs that were in last month's bundle?

This last bundle was worth the cost of sub if you needed the games.....So, i'll stay subbed one more time.

i will stay. probably i dont want to play all games of the bundle, but we are on steamgifts, right? so no problem, if there are games, i dont want to play as long as they are nice games and their money worth

Calculated guess says we will have Far Cry on next bundle, as they are running a 75% off on the series as of now. What do you think?

December's was beautiful with Chroma Squad, Banished, and Rust. Sadly I didn't get that one. Debating if I should get January's and just giveaway the Payday 2 stuff since I don't play it at all.

Would have subbed for the month if rust was the game they picked for sub bonus.

I would assume that you can't sub for a month and skip a month on and off to get a full pack plus one game from every other pack. In other words, first time subs is first time only. I can see them putting something in place to stop people getting 2 copies from the last bundle by canceling and then resubbing immediately. The on and off thing is the only way that this thing makes sense for me.

I see that Rogue Legacy and Volgarr The Viking are both 85% off in the Humble Store, historical lows, and it got me to thinking that this was a signal they are both about to be bundled, probably in the upcoming Monthly.

So, any guesses on what might be in the January bundle, going by the Steam sale discounts? Transistor is like 80% off, and it fits the profile (well known, been out long enough). I'm trying to decide whether I should go for another round and resubscribe. I didn't like any of the games in the December bundle, but was able to trade them off for a bunch of wishlist games and keys, which gave me around 9€ in Steam credit, so that certainly wasn't bad...

Not too disappointed so far, I'll probably keep my subscription unless I get my hours cut at work xP

50/50 for me November was nice but December was another story, still traded for some nice games.
Will see how the pendulum swings this time and then make a decision whether to stay on board or jump off.
