The first one showed the username of the winner. The last auction the username just says anonymous. I can't click on the username to see the e-mail, account name...nothing.

Also, the auction ended 20 hours ago, so I'm assuming that the giveaway should have updated the winner data...

Try: Giveaways -> View Created; then click on "Send Gift" or something like that (the same column where you can find "Gift Sent" for past giveaways). At this point the row should expands itself and show you the username of the winner and his/her email

Ok, nevermind. Don't I feel stupid :/ Didn't click on the "Send Gifts" link in the Created section which showed the user. Sorry for the Newbie mistake. Thanks anyways everyone for your help and not flaming me too much...heheh

I had a giveaway that ended recently. I looked at the user who won, and it says "Congratulations to the below winner! For security, winners remain anonymous until their gift is received," and the user is "Anonymous". I don't know how I'm going to go about giving away the prize if I don't even know what account or how to send the prize to the user. Help!
