How are you today?
First of all I could heartily recommend you 2 games: Grim Fandango Remastered and Forgotten, Not Lost (all links are to my reviews).
Depending on your interests/preferences, those 2 may also fit the bill:

Most of these have probably already been said:
My Time at Portia - 3D Stardew Valley, with slightly more focus on mining/crafting than farming.
Yonder: The Cloud Catcher Chronicles - I loved this game. Cute exploration with no combat.
Farm Together - Pretty cute. Make your own farm. Crops mature in real time hours. If you are a min-maxer can be frustrating, but if you just want a cute farm it's fun!
Coloring Pixels - Colouring in pixels.. Very explanatory haha.
LYNE - Casual puzzle game, connect the shapes. Super chill.
Temtem - New pokemon-like game in Early Access. It's pretty much a singleplayer experience at the moment, and you can just go catch Pokemon Temtem
Slime Rancher - Be the best Slime Rancher there ever was! :P
A Hat in Time - A cute 3D platformer

Seeing as you've played To The Moon, if you enjoyed that, I'd recommend having a look at Rakuen. The person that composed the music for To The Moon was the developer of Rakuen, so it has a really nice soundtrack. It's a very cute game, although emotional towards the end. Another emotional game could include Brothers - A Tale of Two Sons.
If you're looking for less emotionally driven games, What Remains of Edith Finch or Firewatch could be others that you'd enjoy. They are, however, quite short so I would maybe wait for a sale on them.

Two point and click adventures from your library fit the bill and are very nice.

Don't see FEZ there, though perhaps you have played it on a different platform.

Here's some that I own that I recommend. You might have them all, but it's here if anyone's interested in some suggestions :)
meadow : I haven't played this in years so I'm not sure if it's changed, but it's a multiplayer game by the people that did the Shelter series. It's wholesome because the goal is just to relax and hang out with other people (animals). You travel around, unlock things, find friends. There is no chat system except in game emojis, so there is no chance of anyone being mean or toxic. When I played, the community was incredibly nice and it was just a cute game.
a Short Hike I feel like this game perfectly fits what you want. It's adorable and wholesome. You just play a bird who goes on a hike. Along the way you meet other characters, do side activities, find collectables, etc. If you haven't played this, it'll put a smile on your face.
Stardew Valley: I'm sure you've heard of this, but if you haven't played it, it's a lot of fun and full of sweet moments with likable characters.
Dream Daddy : wholesome dads dating wholesome dads :P
1bitheart : I haven't beaten this one yet, but its about an agoraphobic boy whose goal is to make friends. It sounds really sweet.
Rakuen: This is an rpg-maker game about a boy in a hospital who travels to the world of his storybook. This one is incredibly sweet and well made. It'll leave you with a tear and smile after you've finished.

I would recommend Inner Space. It's got mixed reviews, but I enjoyed it a lot. It's very calm and the environments you can explore are beautiful. It's also currently free to keep on the Epic store if you don't mind dealing with them.

The Little Acre is definitely something that you're looking for :)
Battle Chef Brigade basically has a slightly Shonen-anime feel to it, saving the day with fighting, cooking and friendship!
Child of Light aaaaall the way.
You may like Eden* , it's a very nice but super low-impact visual novel with not much happening. It's part feels, part style and atmosphere. ( Also if you play League of Legends I have a bad news for you, the main female character is named Sion and it was very-very weird)
The First Tree
Lego Harry Potter games imo, it was done before they added voiceovers. They made the basically children's books even sillier, it's a comfy game with a cup of tea.
Old Man's Journey, loved it!
Steamworld Dig
A Story About My Uncle
Darkside Detective
I really liked Fault: Milestone 1 and 2
Finding Paradise
Highway Blossoms
Hustle Cat
Shan Gui
Basically most of the hidden object games, especially newer Artifex Mundi ones, they are always about saving something-someone-the world :D

I really liked Some Distant Memory. I'd call it a casual point-and-click game where its fantastic tale of love, loss, etc, which is masterfully told, is the main focus. It's a very underrated indie game IMHO :)
If you liked simple casual puzzles along a fun story, I'd recommend Path of Giants as well. Just completed the game two weeks ago :)

There's going to be some repeats here but:
Frog Detective series
Detective Grimoire
The Disney Afternoon collection
Duke Grabowski, Mighty Swashbuckler
Message Quest
OPUS: The Day we found earth
Papo & Yo (This one is a bit dark)
The Purring quest

Utawarerumono Mask of Deception/Truth is pretty good. Recently came to Steam (I played it on PS4). It's mostly a narrative driven visual novel (you have to play them both in proper order), with some rpg/tactical battles in between. The first one has fewer battles, the second is a bit more generous. There is character development, mystery, good writing, a lot of little details that make the world far less generic than "this is a fantasy world with magic, elves and usual fantasy stuff".
Also, The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky is pretty good, also narrative-driven but with more turn-based action, there are also a couple of pretty unnerving boss fights. I don't know if sequels are as good (they are almost never on sale with a significant discount).

Hello there, fellow humans.
I'm looking for some not demanding games that I can enjoy with a cup of tea. Something, that will make me warm inside and go "aww, that's nice". I'm mostly into adventure, narrative/character driven, some platform games, also RPG maker or visual novels. But I'm really open to anything.
I've played most of the most popular ones so maybe someone here could recommend me something new. And yes, I'm a sucker for these types of games.
Also, I'm so sorry for no gib, it'll be here soon I promise uwu
