I can 100% recommend Suikoden 2. The pixel art looks great today (much better than most PS1 games) and it is essentially Final Fantasy crossed with Game of thrones. outstanding game

Love this game sooo much. Also, FF series, Crash Bandicoot series, Chrono Cross/Chrono Trigger, MK (not the shitty ones like 9, but nice ones like 4) and a lot of others.

I remember playing Scooby-Doo and the Cyber Chase, I always thought it was really fun, although it used to scare me. That's the only one that comes to mind that I haven't seen mentioned, though.
