Anno is very unique in the Genre. not a lot of fighting, and you can win most levels without fighting...

Terraria (or perhaps Starbound would be a better suggestion now)
any popular MOBA if you think you may like those
if you like strategy games there are many time sinks in that genre, EU4 is the new craze, CK2 and Civ4/5 are good time wasters as well
quite a others...path of exile, warframe, rift (or some other MMO), dungeon defenders
unless you need games that you already own (just listing these off the top of my head)

All f2p games killed me at insane prices (Weps, armor, or whatever) and me having to buy "special currency"

Try Dota2.
Free and fair free to play system.
Things you can buy is only cosmetic, there is no 1 item that affects gameplay, you have all heroes unlocked, you could spend 0 cents and play game forever, and play it on level playing field.
Only skill is important and thanks to matchmaking you will always play against people who have same skill level as you, there is no 1 aspect of pay2win.
If you wanna try Dota, check /r/dota2 and their sidebar guide New to Dota

That's what I wanted to suggest. Awesome game that's hard to get bored off. I have over 235 hours put into it and I still haven't beaten it once lol. Of course I personally couldn't care less about steam achievements, the game itself is lots of fun.
I would also suggest Path of Exile. The amount of different and creative builds you can come up with is just amazing. The gameplay is great and there are some really good and unique things in it that other games of that genre don't have. And the community is pretty good as well, at least if you play in hardcore server.

Oh damn, never knew Lichdom is already out... Kinda faded in and out of my world when I heard about it, gotta check it out. And Plague Inc, already finished the ios version, heard the PC version isn't much different except for fancy graphics.

+1
Those are some good suggestions. The entire Age of Wonders series is worth playing. Other options include the Mass Effect series, Kingdoms of Amalur, and perhaps a card-collecting game like Conquest of Champions.

There is this one Skyrim mod I'd been keeping an eye out. But idk when it'll be released.

witcher 1/2 both about 30-40 hours for single playthrough, dragon age origins ~40, torchlight 2 about 20 hours without mods, sacred 1/2 both are pretty long, cant remember exactly because it was long time ago.
If you are going to try civ 5 again, much easier to start without the addons first. You could also try some multiplayer games mobas, mmos (Rift, Archeage, Tera(only the NA version) are decent without paying)

Strategy Games like Crusader Kings 1 and 2, Total War Games.
Talking about the Total War, i have literally spent months on the games of the series (Since Rome to Shogun 2). Dozens of different factions, dozens of different ways to play a faction and hundreds of mods.
As of CK, i own CK2 on Steam and CK1 out of Steam. On Ck2 i have spent at least 100 hours due to its unlimited kingdoms and on CK1 at least 2 weeks.

Path of Exile (f2p), Inigo for Skyrim is amazing (and 2.0 just came out last month), if you can get into strategy titles you might like the Total War series-i see ppl put loads of hours into those games, or Rise of Nations (although the graphics are a bit dated even for a strategy title-its an old game but one of my all-time favs, i think i put 20 hours into the demo even before it came out way back when.)

Darksiders, and maybe Darksiders II (which in my opinion is pretty long, it was too long for me :P (but played it through tho)). Heroesofmightandmagic III, Heroesofmightandmagic V (these are turn based strategy games, pretty good they are give them a try at least)

5 games I have that I've spent a long time on:
You're welcome.
EDIT: You pirate games? Ok, you're not actually welcome 'til you stop. Pirating music, I'm lenient, but games? That's too far.

Well, I'm bored to the point where I play Cookie Clicker all day... I need a game that I could waste a lot of time in, (Until Febuary 24th) Maybe there are really extreme Skyrim overhauls coming out?
Opinions on some games that have been suggested before:
The Elder Scrolls IV: There's just something about the style of the graphics that just doesn't suit me (Very cartoonish, bright and happy :D Looks like Zelda, not that it's a bad game.)
Fallout: FPS not my thing :( Maybe I'll get into it, I dunno. Or maybe I should play the "demo"... And then buy it if I liked it.
Dark Souls: Fun times man... Fun times...
Civilization/All those other strategies: Quite an option actually, I played 5 a little, the "demo". I liked it, but was hard to get into since I have never played strategy games like Civilization before, I'm mostly up for RPGs :P
Terraria/Minecraft: Pretty sure I got 4k hours on Minecraft... Those were the days... And I probly have half as much hours in Terraria.
Morrowind: An option, hopefully I won't get nightmares after the face models.
Dragon Age: Origins: Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but as much as I try, I just can't get into the game. :/
Darksiders/Darksiders 2: Thinking of replaying it actually.
Borderlands 2: Played too much than I should've over the summer, lel.
So far many of you suggested strategy games, I tried many times to get into them, but sometimes just doesn't happen. I'll probly give them another go. Civ or Total War?
I think I got enthusiasm to play Skyrim again :P Although get your suggestions flowing! Will go for Civ if I get bored.
Any opinions on Two Worlds II?
Also fantasy/medieval
