I loved Duel Masters.. but since it was licensed (the physical cards) by 'Wizards of the Coast' they made the online one(s) close..
I have tried quite a few after that (Carte, Sword Girls, Shadow Era, SolForge, etc.).. It's not so fun when the other person doesn't talk at all.. and the only friend I have is not interested in TCGs anymore =x
I liked Carte hte most after Duel Masters I guess... seems to be shut down though :/

You're welcome :)
If you have an android phone, download Archmage LITE! It's pretty much a straight rip off Arcomage from M&M, sounds and all! So many hours wasted on it.. :P

I used to play King and Legends from beta, but eventually it was just too much of a time sink. They have changed the name now but if you Google Kings and Legends it should still come up

I play Hearthstone, but it's getting kind of lame. It needs new cards already and a rework. I've been playing Might & Magic: Duel of Champions for about a month now, and I'm really enjoying it. Don't expect to do well until you get a good supply of cards, though - but you can earn everything in the game for free over time if you put in the work. I also tried Infinity Wars and wasn't too impressed, and I stick my nose into Solforge every so often long enough to get a win of the day, but it doesn't really keep my attention like Duel of Champions does.

Magic the Gathering is a great card game. If you're looking for an online game I would say stay away from Magic the Gathering online. You have to pay the same price as buying physical cards which is a rip off. The Duels of the Planewalker games aren't that bad and since they're $10 they're a pretty good deal. Only problem with them is that they're limited to that year's core set and there isn't that much customization options.
I suggest Shadow Era. The game is pretty cool and very similar to Magic the Gathering. The best part is that each booster pack has a 1 in 5 chance of containing a foil/alt art card and each additional deck/booster costs only $1 and if you buy the larger amounts of currency you tend to get some pretty nice bonuses. Also you can play it on the phone and it's cross platform I think. Great game and I would say Hearthstone but I've been waiting for a beta key for the past 2+ months.

Rise of Mythos is pretty good, I've been playing it with a rl friend for around 6 months, and we love it!

Poker is obviously out of the question. I mean card games like Munchkin, the Yu-Gi-Oh series and the likes of them.
I'm also interested in sarcasm, so go ahead, even if you have nothing to comment on the particular topic!
