never getting feedback?

the winner of my hl2 deathmatch giveaway clearly recieved the game, but has not left feedback, i've messaged him for 3 days on the subject but he never responds, he has only gone offline once, but at all other times has been "away" and has not played a thing since a demo on december 4th.

He has a week from the end of the giveaway to add feedback. Once the 7-day period is over, make a support ticket.

I now hold a theory that whenever someone complains about an external factor, there's suddenly a higher chance that problem will fix itself post-complaint (ha)
